Low ‚n‘ slow, slow and long cooking/smoking of meat in a J&R Manufacture smoker from Texas, Mesquite. Using only smoke and heat from hardwood, we don’t use electricity or gas for cooking.

Our main supplier of beef and pork is the company Steinhauser, located in Tišnov, northeast of Brno. They source their meat from local farmers, and it is processed in their own slaughterhouses. Therefore, it is exclusively Czech meat. We age the beef using wet aging. Only ČESTR and Angus breeds are used.

The family distillery Žufánek, founded in 2000, is located in the best fruit-growing area in Moravia – Slovácko. Their own orchards of 15 hectares fall under the organic farming. They are gradually expanding their orchards to include the cultivation of herbs.

A small Landcraft distillery, located a few km west of Prague, which grows its own herbs and fruit. It doesn’t chase the best spirit, but it does try to get the countryside and its richness into the bottle. They take care of old orchards and promote varieties that don’t yield much but taste great.
